Your order of scuba gear or snorkel gear will normally be shipped FOB Edmonton by Canada Post unless a rush delivery is requested in which case additional costs will be associated with a rush shipment. Your order will normally be shipped within 1-2 business days upon receiving your order. If there is a delay for whatever reason, we will contact you to let you know. For shipments outside of Canada or to remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply, you will be notified prior to shipping if this is the case. For shipments outside of Canada, customer is responsible for all duty, broker fees, and import taxes.

You will be notified by email of any scuba gear or snorkel gear that are on backorder with an estimated time of delivery. You may decide to wait for the backorder items, delete them from your order, or have them shipped separately.

While we strive to ensure all goods are received by you in good working condition, it is inevitable that damage may occur during the shipping process. Your patience and understanding are appreciated in these situations. Please report by email to us any goods that are received in a damaged or poor working condition within seven days from the receipt of your order. In order to assess whether repair or replacement will be required, you may be required to ship the goods back at our expense for further investigation. We will do our best to ensure a timely resolution to any problems that may occur.

Goods may be returned for a full refund (unless otherwise stated on the product page) within 15 days of receipt. Please note, some special order items such as scuba tanks may include a restocking fee. Shipping costs to return items will be at the customers expense. Packages undeliverable and returned may be refunded in full, less the 2-way shipping expense. If purchasing a product for a Christmas gift, please check the appropriate box during checkout and you may return your purchase for exchange or refund to 15 days after Christmas. Only purchases made between November 1st and December 24th will qualify for the extended return policy.

SHIPPING RATES:

Scuba Tanks: An additional shipping charge of $20 per scuba tank will be added to the order's regular shipping rate.
